How to Use Dr. Nice’s Moisturizing Gel for Instant Cooling Relief

Start with a small amount - the size of a grain of rice - and apply in a thin layer. A little goes a long way! If the gel dries white, that means too much was used. Simply rinse off with warm water, pat dry and reapply a smaller amount in a thin layer.
